Ordering Terms and Procedures

• We accept orders weekly Tuesday- Saturday.  We do not take orders for Sunday or Monday. Orders needed on Sundays must be picked up on Saturdays,

​

• Orders are reserved on a first-come first served basis. It is best to put your order in at least 1-2 months ahead of time.

​

• At least 2 weeks’ notice is required for all orders, orders booked less than 2 weeks prior to event date may be subject to a $50 rush fee.

​

• A required 50% nonrefundable, non-transferable retainer is needed in order to complete your booking. Retainers are based on the total amount of your cake order and are needed in order to reserve your date. This is nonrefundable but transferable bases on emergency cases only. Dates are only reserved and guaranteed with paid retainer.

• WARNING! Your remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event, by midnight.  Your order will be automatically canceled if not paid, and your retainer will be forfeited. Absolutely no exceptions! 

​

• The full amount is due on orders $100 and under & last-minute orders placed within a week of the due date.      This amount is considered nonrefundable.

• All prices are subject to change based on additional decorations, setup, and deliveries (when applicable)​

​

• Once orders are picked up and the designated person accepts the order, we are no longer responsible for the items.  It is the responsibility of the person picking up the order to ensure the order arrives intact. Cakes are cooled prior to pick up, however driving conditions can affect the integrity of the cake. It is important to drive slowly and place the cake on the floor of car in a clean dry place. In the summer months, it is recommended to drive with the air on high and car cooled prior to pick up to keep the cake cool.

Deliveries

Due to the increasing workload. Deliveries are reserved and limited to set up needed for specialty cakes and wedding cakes. Deliveries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis when available and must be arranged with a practical concern for the delivered product. Our delivery personnel are renowned for their promptness and ability to care for each cake; therefore, we reserve the right to make delivery decisions based on our experience of what is best for the cake. The delivery fee starts at $50 for the first 25 miles/60 minutes plus mileage $ .65/ mile roundtrip using the shortest route according to Google maps. Delivery charges increase in price based on difficulty and distance from our location.

If no one is at the site at the time of delivery or if we cannot gain entry into the building, we will return the cake to the bakery, and the delivery fee will be forfeited. The responsibility for the delivery will become yours. Please take the time to confirm the time of delivery with the event site/event coordinator to avoid this timely and costly situation.

 

Pick Up

The pickup location is in Camp Springs, Maryland. ​ Late pick-ups will incur a $10 late fee for every 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time and must be paid in cash prior to pick-up to receive an order.

We always aim to please and ultimately want you to have an amazing experience, however, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we request that this information is shared within 24 hours of your order date and the items are saved for return to us.
